Detailed Layout of Bay Breeze:
The First Floor: Enter through the front door off the paver patio into a spacious family/game room. This floor features two large bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and the other with two full-size beds, both equipped with ceiling fans), a full bathroom, a large TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, and a shuffleboard table for your entertainment. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and access to the garage.
The Second Floor: The second floor boasts a large island kitchen with granite countertops, six bar stools, and new LG stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove with range top. The dining area features a high-top table and chairs with seating for eight. The living room includes a tray ceiling with a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace, a large TV, a Blu-ray DVD/CD player with stereo, and access to a large outdoor front deck with a grill. This floor also has two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two full-size beds, all with ceiling fans) and a full bathroom with a tub.
The Third Floor: The third floor is home to the master bedroom suite, which features numerous large windows, a king-size bed, a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan, a large 50" TV, and a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a 6-head shower spa. Off the master suite is a sitting area with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, an office desk, and a leather-bound chair. This floor also has front and rear decks with ocean views. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom from the master suite with a full-size bed.

Linen Service & Cleaning: All bed sheets and 13 bath and hand towels are provided.
Weekend Rentals: Weekend rentals (2-night minimum) are available for spring, winter, and fall (September through June). Please note, renters must be at least 25 years old. Bachelor parties, senior week, and proms are not allowed. This home is perfect for families!
